The elevator is one of the easier stunts to do. This stunt contains 5 people. The flyer, the bases, the back spot, and the front spot. On a count of 5-6-7-8 the flyer jumps into the bases hands while keeping as tight as she can be. The flyer will end up standing up on the bases hands with her hands in the air. To bring the flyer down the bases grab her hands and bring her down gently.
The liberty is one of the most difficult stunts to do. This contains 5 people. The flyer, two bases, and a front and back spotter. The flyer runs into the bases hands on a count of 5-6-7-8. The bases twist there hands and extend them fully up. The flyer ends up standing on her left or right foot with her muscles very tight and her arms in a high V.
The shoulder stand is one of the easiest stunts to do as well. To prep for the shoulder stand, you need a base and a flyer. The base lunges to the left of right so that the flyer can stand on the bases thigh. The flyer will then stand on the girls shoulder straight up with her muscles tight and her arms in a high V.
The extension  is when the 2 bases are holding the flyer with there arms extended. The flyer is very tight with her arms in a high V. To bring the flyer down, the bases lower there arms and grab the flyers hands and bring her down gently.
