Equipment

		The chest protector is one of the least important pads. If you don't want to where it, you don't have to, There are different chest protectors for each player. Good shoulder pads for a midi would be the Hit man Shoulder pads. Now a good shoulder pad for the attack would be the Rhino skin. The attack usually have pads that are more flexible than the midis pads. Now the defense where's less pads than the attack and the midis. Good pads for the defense would be the gladiator shoulder pads. the goalie where's completely different pads. There pads cover there whole front chest, but nothing on their back. Now good pads for a goalie would be the EXO chest protector Deluxe.

		Now you have to have arm pads to play. Just like the shoulder pads there are different kinds for the midis, attack, and defense. Now midis don't need to be very flexible so good arm pads would be the Arm Guard 5.0. Now attack needs to be very flexible, so just like the shoulder pads, the arm guards are flexible too. Now there are flexible arm pads, good attack arm pads would be the elbow guards 5.0. The defense also whereas small elbow pads, just like the small shoulder pads. The defense does not get hit a lot, but they have to have some kind of pad on, so they where small pads. So a good elbow pad for the defense would be the arm pads 4.0. Now the goalie is the only person that does not where elbow pads, but they do where something else that every other player does not where. Its called a neck protector.

		You also need gloves to play. There are no special gloves for the different positions. Gloves can have different things on them. Some gloves will have built in wrist protectors, like the Super Freaks. Most of the gloves are leather, so you will not be able to wash them. Now there are special gloves for the goalie, but its not a very big deference. The goalie gloves have a rounded thumb, and the other gloves do not.
		Now there are also rib pads. There are not any special rib pads for each positions, and there is a good reason why, its because not a lot of lacrosse players wear rib pads. So you don't need lots of different types of rip pads. Probably the only people that would wear rib pads would be the attack.

Now helmets are very important, but they are not so important in girls lacrosse, because they don't where helmets. The facemask part of the helmet can be made out of alloy, or titanium. There is a special helmet you can get that you can pump air in it, and its a one size fits all, but they cost a lot of money. So you can get helmets with deferent sizes. Any of the helmets, you can get them to be made with custom colors. An important part of the helmet is the chin strap. Almost all of the helmets com with a leather chin strap, but when you sweat it gets real slippery, and your helmet could fall off. You could get a chin strap made out of a strong cloth, and that prevents the helmet from sliding off.
