Triples- A triple is a jump with a lip, a landing, and a hump in the middle. These jumps are commonly found on the third straightaway of a BMX track. There are many different ways you can take these jumps.

Doubles-a double is almost like a step up, but the lip and the landing are the same height. These are the most common jumps, they can be found mostly anywhere on a BMX track. they can be many different heights and lengths.

Table tops- A table top is similar to a double, but instead of having a bowled out middle, there is a flat middle. It is level with the lip and the landing. These jumps can be very short or very long, just like doubles.

Rollers- A roller is just one bump. They are usually right out of the starting gate. Most people pull up before them so they don't shoot off, this is the fastest way you can take a roller. Rollers can be big or small. Sometimes rollers are like mini table tops.

Pro jumps- A pro jumps is a double with no middle. It is for pro's only and it is very long. They are usually around 30 feet long. During a race pro's have to jump this jump, if you an amateurs you can jump the pro, but you don't have to.
