Jazz is well known.  The African Americans started this in the times of slavery.  It is known to be danced with very fast music.  It is used in a lot of musicals.  Jazz is used in show dances and is seen by lots and lots of people. Jazz is very fun to dance and to watch people dance to.  Jazz can be taken in many of the dance studios around the world.
