Gymnastics is for both girls and guys.  It is an Olympic sport.  There are many different events.  There are four for the girls and six for the guys.  Some of the events for girls are the beam uneven bars.  The girls and the guys have vault and they both use the floor.  The guys have the parallel bars and they have rings.  In gymnastics you need to be very very flexible.  You also need to stretch before you do anything or you could pull a muscle.  The most frequent muscles that are pulled are the groin and the hamstring.  Paul Hamm was an Olympic gymnast.  He was on the USA team.
