Here are some basic moves that you might already know. One basic move is Dribbling. This is when you control the ball with both of your feet to get down the field . You use this skill if there is no one around you and are able to get the ball down the field on your own. |
| Passing is another well-known skill. This is a way to keep the ball away from the other team. Or to get the ball down the field faster than dribbling. There are many different passes that you can use in different situations. |

There is the heel pass. Where you use your heel to pass backwards to an open teammate. Or you can use the volley pass. That is when the ball is in the air. You touch it once and pass the ball. |

Now that you know how to pass the ball, there is a way to stop the ball. If the ball is on the ground, use the inside of your foot to stop the ball. This is called trapping. Then, you can dribble or pass the ball to another teammate. |
