Defense is the position where you defend your goal post. The first thing you do is mark. Marking is when you guard one player on the other team to stop him from having the ball or scoring.
What you want to do now is to tackle or take the ball  from  the other team if they are in possession of the ball. Then, you pass the ball to your offense.

	The main part of defense is the goalie. This person is the last defense for your goal post.
The main job of the goalie is positioning. this is when the other team try to shoot the ball at your goal. The goalie then gets in front of the ball to stop it.

	When the goalie catches the ball, The goalie then can throw or kick the ball down the field to another player.
Sometimes, you might have to dive for the ball. The goalie would dive at the ball if the ball is being shoot at the other end of the goal post.

Remember, try not to give the goalie to much to do. If he has to stop to many shoots your goalie may get slower.  So play some defense so your main defense is not your only defense.
