Dogs have been "Man's best friend" for a very long time. Throughout history dogs have had many different duties to man, such as coach dogs, police dogs, fishing dogs, and hunting dogs. Different dogs have had different jobs to people, but I'm mostly concentrating on Dalmatians, German Shepherds, Newfoundlands, and Golden Retrievers. Each dog is unique in some way and not too many are exactly alike. Every dog is different, some like to swim, others prefer to help people like police officers or blind men and women. All dogs have certain qualities or characteristics that make them special. Dalmatians, German Shepherds, Newfoundlands, and Golden Retrievers are four of my favorite dog breeds. They're all good companions and useful to man in some way or other. Dogs are great pets and most of them love people and children. In the other pages at the top I'll be talking about the history, description, characteristics, health, care, and facts about all the dogs. These dogs are all different from another and have different qualities and characteristics.
