Just about everyone has heard of Jerome Bettis. his nick name is the bus. He attended Hennry Ford high school. There he started his NFL dream, and man was this the right dream to have as a kid. In the begging his mother didn't want him to play football but of course this did not change his dream. After Jerome's freashman year he really an out standing player. He played 2 different positions he was a linebacker and a fullback. He was an out standing linebacker. He was an all American line backer. He could have had a scholar ship to Michigan and Notre Dame as a linebacker or running back Notre dame offered a better scholar ship to as a running back so of course he took it. In his sophomore season at Notre Dame he broke the single season record at 18 tds and 977 rushing yards. He left Notre Dame after his junior season into the NFL Draft. He was selected by the LA Rams. The coach had promised him to that he would be able to be the running back for them. He also said that he would be rushing the ball a lot. After 2 Years of being a Ram he didn't like them after that he went to the Pittsburgh Steelers. There is where the history has hit. He hasn't had any super bowl rings yet
