Ariel, the fun-loving and mischievous mermaid, is enchanted with all things from humans. Disregarding her father's orders, to stay away from the top of the sea, she rescues and meets the prince of her dreams. She swims to the top, in a raging storm, rescues the prince. Ursula, a devious sea witch, causes problems on problems for everyone under the sea. She bargains with Ariel to make her a person for her voice. Ariel must win the prince's love and save her father's kingdom before it is too late and lost forever.
