Descriptions
This picture shows Tommy Vercetti, the main character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, running around Vice City. Vice City is similar to 80's Miami and features lots of beaches and palm trees. You will do a lot of running, but there is also many different vehicles to drive.  
  This picture shows Tommy Vercetti riding on a PCJ-600 motorcycle. This is a Kawasaki Ninja-type bike and it is the fastest vehicle in the game. There is also mopeds, dirt bikes, and Harley Davidson-type motorcycles that you can drive.
In this screen, Tommy is driving a police car. You can turn on the siren and lights on the police car to make other drivers get out of the way, making it easier to avoid crashes. It's useful for getting around the city faster without having to worry about crashing too often.  
  In this picture, the no-name character in Grand Theft Auto 3 is walking around Liberty City. Liberty City is similar to modern-day New York City and has tons of run-down buildings and bums. You can also drive cars, but you cannot drive motorcycles because Grand Theft Auto 3 didn't include them.
This picture shows Tommy Vercetti driving down the road in a sports car. These cars are good for going fast and getting around Vice City much quicker.  
  In this screenshot, the no-name character in Grand Theft Auto 3 is driving a very slow and crappy car. These cars are not good for going around town or completing missions because they are so slow. Sports cars are much better to use.
This picture also shows the no-name character in Grand Theft Auto 3 driving a New York-style police car. These are pretty fast and people move out of the way of it when the siren and lights are turned on.
