The bulky oversized style that brought back the Muscle Cars of the 70's carried over into the 2000's, and most likely into 2010 at least. This year was also a milestone for the Ford Mustang. In 1964 the first Mustang rolled off the assembly line, now it is the year 2004. This year is the 40th anniversary for the Ford Mustang, and still going strong.

  Now that the Shelby is gone and probably not coming back to the production line, Ford had to come up with a whole new Mustang to leave the world in awe once again. The is new design needed to be affordable sleek , fast, but most importantly, able to beat the snot out of the Corvette. What ford came out with was the Mustang Cobra R(red \burning out on top of page), and the Mustang Saleen(white\above). The mustang went from being youth oriented, to mid 20's oriented, to pretty much being your mom's car in the 80's. But now, in the new Millennium, the mustang got what it always longed for, young looks, speed, horsepower, and appeal.
