Freestyle Motocross (FMX) is one of the newest motor sport in the motocross category. The international freestyle Motocross Association (IFMA) holds a tour, which goes to a different city almost every weekend.
Each show has between 2 and 5 judges to judge each run. Each run performed by a rider is scored from a range of 0-100, with 100 being the best run. Each event has a "purse" worth so much. A regular event is worth around $30,000 if you win. The Vans Triple Crown events are around $175,000 and $25,000 for the series points fund. The Vans Triple Crown events consist of a three event series with the largest purse of all the events.
