This is am example of a gymnastics camp. If a gymnast wants further training, they can go to a camp in the summer. They can go anywhere from one week to the whole summer. Two main camps are IGC (International Gymnastics Camp) and Woodward. |
| This is the vault gym at IGC. Gymnasts come here when they want to work a specific skill on vault. You can vault into loose foam pits or onto mats. A loose foam pit is a lot of soft blocks in a pit in the ground so a gymnast can work a new skill and have a lesser chance of getting hurt. | ![]() |
