Some reasons that premature babies are born include infections, smoking, and poor diet. the March of Dimes helps premature babies by collecting donations, having walks with people who collect money from sponsors, and having people volunteer. The volunteers do work around the office like recruiting help and helping run the fundraisers be a success. They also participate in the events and make donations. The March of Dimes has saved many babies lives.
