Fitness/Warming up

Before practicing or playing a game, its very important to stretch and warm up your muscles. Warming up helps prevent strains and pulls.

 

 
Do the twist

Out the stick across your shoulders and behind your head. Hold each end of the stick. Slowly twist to the left and tot he right. Twist only to a comfortable extent.
