In hockey there are many ways to shoot a goal. There are Wrist shots, snap shots, slap shots, and more. Also in hockey, you have to do a lot of passing and recieving to keep the game flowing smoothly.

Shooting
  •  Wrist Shot: A wrist shot is a fast shot. When you make this shot, your stick should always be touching the puck.
  • Snap Shot: A snap shot is similar to a wrist shot. You should hear the puck and your stick smack together.
  • Slap Shot:Slap shots have a large wind up, and follow through. Keep your power arm straight, and rotate your shoulders.

Passing
  • Slid on over: Pass when the puck does not get lifted off the ice.
  • On the Recieving end:When waiting for a pass, keep your stick blade on the ice, and keep your arms relaxed. When the puck is passed to you, when it reaches your stick, allow your stick to slightly drift back, then there is less chance of it bouncing off.
  • Lifting the Puck: Sometimes it may seem impossible to get the puck across to a teamate with just a sliding pass. Lifting the puck may make it easier.

Leading the puck: To leadc the puck, send it up ahead of where your teamate is, so as they're moving the puck and player will meet at the same time.
