After enjoying that relaxing moment, you can begin a hike along the hills of Mexico.  There you will see an amazing collection of views throughout the whole journey until you reach your destination of the beautiful ruins of the Mayan empire.
The most popular in the area is most likely the temple called Chichen Itza.  There you can climb to the top of a beautiful stone temple covered with carvings, pictures, artifacts and so much more.
A you tire yourself out taking a long set of stairs to the top of the temple, you will be able to look forward to a quiet jeep ride to a wonderful snorkeling area along the reefs.
There you could have a look at the tremendous variety of colorful, active fish and coral which will be a cooling, refreshing activity after your long hike.
If you don't enjoy snorkeling, you could enjoy a wonderful adventure with a group of dolphins at the aquariums.  With all of this to do, Cancun and the surrounding areas are such a wonderful, incredible place to visit.
