Full Name:  Oruku Saki

Nicknames: The Shredder, Master Shredder

Occupation:  Leader of the American Branch of the Foot Clan

Representative Color:  Dark blues, purples, and black

Weapons of Choice:  Razor blade gloves and armor

Skills:  Ninjitsu, science, knowledge of alien weaponry

Talents:  The art of Banzai pruning, many deadly talents
Personal Traits:  Oruku Saki used to be the star pupil of Hamato Yoshi, but secretly he planned to take over the Root Clan.  When Yoshi took some time off and left Saki in charge, it happened.  Yoshi was framed by Saki for plotting against  the life of a visiting shidoshi.  Saki turned the organization into a band of thieves.  Saki then formed an alliance with the warlord from Dimension X known as Krang.  That's how Saki got enough knowledge to advance his victory onto Intergalactic Domination.

 

The Foot Clan
The Foot is made up of many ninjas who work as thieves for Oruku Saki.  There are different types and levels of the thieves.  The most basic, common ones are in the "Ninja Division." 
These ninjas carry out crimes with much precision and attention to detail; they almost never fail, unless the Turtles are around.
Next up are the "Tech Division."
These guys help come up with new weaponry for their team.
"The Mystic Division" follows that.
These bad creatures use supernatural powers, fearful talismans, and hideous monsters from other planes of reality against their opponents.
Finally, the "Elite Guard".
The best of the best, the cream of the crop, these guys are ready for anything you can throw at them.  They are Shredder's personal attack force.
