Cheerleaders usually use this "motion" before they start a
cheer, dance, or just to look neat. Your hands are bent on your hips with
your hands in fists, and your legs are shoulder width apart. |

position. Your arms are in a straight V position above your
head. Your hands are in the dagger position. Your legs are
also shoulder width apart. |

touchdown position. Your arms are close together, by your ears (not
touching). Your hands are also in fists. Your legs are about

| This is a punch-up. One
arm is straight up in the air like the touchdown motion. Your other
hand is in a fist on your hip. Your legs are about shoulder width
apart. |

diagonal. Your one arm looks like its in a high V, and the other
looks like a low V. Your legs are separated shoulder width apart. |

motion. The arms are straight out at shoulder height. You
should look like a T from your neck down. Your legs are about shoulder
