Mariah Carey
| Since her 1990 debut, Mariah has ranked eleven No.1 U.S. hits in record time. Carey also, besides singing, co-writes, produces and arranges almost all of her material, and even directs some of her own music videos. She was born in 1970 and she began singing backup for famous artist at a young age. Carey has a five- octave vocal range. In 2001, she made her first album for Virgin Records and the soundtrack to her big- screen debut. Following that, Carey was reportedly suicidal. Now, Mariah is out continuing her career. | ||
