Stuffing |

There are many variations of the traditional stuffing served at Thanksgiving dinner. This variation is a great combination of sweet cornbread and andouille sausage. Add some celery and bell peppers and you've got yourself a tastey stuffing. |
| This conutry-style stuffing has regular bread in it but is spiced up wonderfully with peppered pork. It's got some great flavor once the fresh parsley, celery leaves, ground nutmeg, and black pepper are added. |

This stuffing is rarely used to stuff an actual turkey, but makes a great side. It's got a nice, fresh taste to it with the hazlenuts and dried cranberries. |

Thanksgiving just isn't Thanksgiving without good old-gashioned mashed potatoes. Here they're shown with some skin left in and butter on top. |
| If you don't prefer your potatoes mashed, this is a great way to go. These golden brown potatoes make a great alternative to mashed potatoes. Just bake some potatoes in oil and vinegar and sprinkle som herbs of your choice on top. Thyme is strongly recommended. |
