Pitching

The pitcher must have both feet on the rubber and they can not take more than one step forward.  The ball must be thrown underhand and both hands  must be on the ball when the ball is pitched.

Batting

When batting there must always be the same batting order throughout the whole game.

The batter will be out when :

-The batter doesn't stand in the batters box

-There are three strikes

-A fly ball is caught

Base-Running

If the batter reaches the base then they become a base-runner.  The runner must stay on the base until the ball leaves the pitchers hand.  They must run directly to the base and they cannot steal a base.

Fly balls

A fly ball is a ball that is hit up into the air in the infield.  If you are a base-runner and you start running when a fly ball is caught then then you must go back to the base and tag it.

Sliding

When you are running the bases the only base you can over run is first, if you over any of  the other bases then you can be tagged out.  However if you slide into a base then you can get to the base faster without overrunning it.
