Everyone knows him by Eminem but he does have a real name and that would be Marshall Bruce Mathers the third. Even though he was named after his father he didn't stay around for along time. Eminem was only about 4 months old when he's dad left him and he's mother. Eminem must have attentended at least 15 to 20 different schools growing up.

  In 1986 Eminem's half brother was born he's name is Nathan. Nathan's father didn't stay around for along time either. So that left both him and Mathers and a mother who didn't care about the both of them moving around to different places every other month. Living in Detroit wasn't that easy plus living in a trailer park. Nathan grew up just like he's older brother. While Eminem was out free styling Nathan was left with the next door neighbors because the mother went out with a new boyfriend or out to BINGO!

 When poor little Marshall was growing up he hardly had a family at home and at school he thought that maybe he could get away from the fights and heart ache but it didn't go as planned. When Eminem was in school there was this one kid that picked on him and use to fight him, and beat him up. The Bully beat him up so bad that he use to come home and have black

and blue eyes and busted open lips and one time he was at the park in school and the bully came and beat him up so bad that he went into a coma. For at least one month. After that in sixth grade Eminem dropped out of school because he repeated sixth grade three times in a row and he couldn't put up with it no more so he quit.
