The yellow Jackets Defense lead the conference in run defense and
allowed the least amount of points in the conference. The team ran a
special 4-3 Defense that crushed run attacks and made the opposing teams
rely on the pass. The front 4 was lead by three seniors and one
junior, Steve Ward, Phil Thomas, Brandon Doppelheuer, and Ryan
Seitzinger. The teams linebacker power was lead by Sean Ross, Dan
Coghlan, and Mark Harnish. To stop the pass the defense of backs
consisted of Matt Harnish, Luke Cunkelman, Nick Emily, Eric Singer and
with Andy Tenny being a strong back up. This defense was one of the best
in the conference maybe the best.
