	This is a picture of  girls lacrosse. In this picture what they are doing is illegal. You are not allowed to swing are someone. In mens lacrosse it is allowed, they aren't as strict.
In this picture the girls are hitting each others sticks. They are allowed to do that but since girs don't where any padding except goggles and a mouth guard they are not allowed to hit each others body.
	In this picture the defense is holding the person but the way he is holding them is okay. you are allowed to hold unless you are using two hands.
This might seem illegal but it is not. what they are doign is having a face off and they are doing very well.
	This is a picture of a defence man hitting an offence man in the head.In most sports including lacrosse, hiting in head is illegal.
This is a picture of a man hitting a someone in the back. That is illegal.
	This is called poke checking. It might seem illegal but it is not it is a very good way of defense.
This is a picture of the goalie coming out. That is legal but the other players are allowed to hit them. The goalie can not go back in to there crease.
