Shaun White is a 17 year old professional snowboarder. He may be young but he won last years slopestyle and halfpipe cometitions at the Winter X Games. He is explosive, technical and most of all he never falls. He also won the U.S. Open and the Arctic Challenge. He is sponsered by Volcom, Burton, Oakley, Target and Playstation. He lives in lives in Encinitas, California. He was also named rider of the year by Transworld Snowboarding Magazine.

Shaun has many sponsors which gets him great gear. He has his own signature board called the Shaun White 154 pro model by Burton Snowboards. He also has his own boots by Burton. Devun Walsh is another great professional rider. He is 27 years old and lived in British Columbia as he was growing up. He now lives in Whistler and North Vancouver, British Columbia. He is 5 foot 6 inches and about 140 pounds. He is sponsored by Forum, Special Blend, Circa, C1 Denim, Iris Snow, Wildcats and The Source Snowboard Shop. He rides a Forum Devun  Walsh 161 for backcountry boarding. A Forum Devun Walsh 157.7 for less deep snow, a Forum Young blood for rails and a Forum Devun Walsh 153 for parks.
Chad Otterstrom is a great snowboarder. He is 26 years old, 6 foot 8 inches and weighs about 156 pounds. He is from Shoreview, Minnesota but lives in Brekenridge, Colorado now. He is sponsored by Forum, Foursquare, Thirty Two, Smith, Etnies, Bluebird Wax, Alycium, Active Ride Shop, Defcon and Brekenridge.

 

 

 Chad is a goofy rider which means he ride with his right leg leading. He rides a Forum Destroyer 157. If there is powder he rides a 160 cm. His boots are the Thirty Two Prisons. His bindings are Forum All Terrain Xybrid. He also wears Four Square outerwear and Smith Fuse Regulator goggles with  platinum mirror lens. 
 Danny Kass is a young but technical snowboarder. He is 21 years old and already has four big sponsors. He is sponsored by Gnu, Quiksilver, Grenade and Vans. To the right is Danny doing an Indy grab at Park City, Utah.

 

 

 Danny Kass is from the east coast which means icy mountains. he rides a Gnu Danny Kass 158 pro model. It is priced at about $480. To the left you will she 3 riders. The from left to right is Shane Flood, Danny Kass and Zach Leach. Zach Leach was the Transworld Snowboarding magazine rider of the year. He rides a Gnu and is sponsored by Red Bull, Grenade, Oakley, and Headquarters Skateshop. Finally Shane Flood all the way on the left. He is sponsored by Ride, Anon, Mission Six, Grenade, Eastern Boarder, Bent Metal, Vans and Baxoda. Shane is the oldest of the three at age 24. You might want to look out for these 3 riders during the 2003-2004 season.
