Boards

	There are many kinds of boards. Board types are broken up into freestyle, freeride, wide, women's and youth. Some of the best companies are Burton, K2, Forum, Lib Tech, Nitro, Ride, Rossignol, Sims, Santa Cruz and Unity. I'm going to tell you about the best boards made by each company.
On the right is a board company that makes some of the best boards today. This company is called Burton. This board is probably the best and most expensive board they make. A lot of pros use Burtons. This specific board is called the Burton Custom X. This board is about $560. Most of the other boards range from about $200 to $560.
	This next type of board company is one of my favorite companies called Forum. This particular board is called the Forum JP Walker. This board is priced at about $460.It is probably one of the best freestyle boards out there. Forum also makes other great boards including the Bjorn Leines pro model, the Youngblood and Recon.
Another type of board is a board company called K2. These boards are another type that many pros use. this specific board is called the K2 Fuse. This is one of the cheaper K2 boards. This board is only about $249.
	This next company is called Lib Tech. These boards are great for freestyle. The prices vary from $399-$489. A lot of the best pro freestylers use these. This board to the left is called Lib Tech Rice Rocket.
The board company "Ride" is one of the most well-known companies, They feature many freestyle boards, some women's, youth and wide. This board to the right is one of the best freestyle boards out of any board made by any company. This board is called the Ride Theory. This board is about $460.
	The company Rossignol is well-known all over the mountains. This company makes not only snowboards but skis too. This is the kind of board I'm getting this year. This board to the left is Todd Richards pro model called the Rossignol Richards. This board is about $479.
The next company is called Santa Cruz. They make skateboards too. This board is called the Santa Cruz Gian Simmen Pro. This board is about $470. This is a great company and it is worth the money.
	This next company is a company called Sims. These boards might be cheap but they are great boards. This board is called the Sims Sedition. It is only $370. It might be Cheap but it has a great design and is worth the money.
The last board but certainly not least is Untiy. They make incredible boards. The Unity Pride is rated in the top ten best boards in Snowboard Buyers Guide 2004. This board is priced at about $485.
