This is Richard Gere. In Chicago he plays Billy Flynn. Billy Flynn is a the best criminal lawyer in Chicago! Every girl in Murderesses row would kill for him to see her case. So Velma goes to Murderesses Row and Mr. Flynn starts working on her case and almost has her off the hook until Roxie Hart shows up. So Billy completely blows off Velma Kelly and starts worrying about Roxie's case. So then he gets Roxie off the hook and Velma off the hook and Velma and they end of having an act together. Mr. Flynn goes to watch their act too and he enjoys it. In the movie Chicago Billy Flynn sings two songs. He sings All I Care About is Love and Razzle Dazzle. And again these songs and dances are all going on in Roxie's head. Towards the end of the movie another girl named Kitty gets arrested for killing her husband and two other women. So Mr. Billy Flynn gets distracted by all this. Then he almost forgets about Roxie Hart. So Roxie pretends to faint, then claims that she is pregnant. So Billy gets back on track with Roxie and forgets about Kitty. This makes Velma Kelly even more jealous. They never really do say if she is pregnant or not. But she obviously is because she wouldn't have done that if it weren't for Kitty.
