Socom U.S. Navy Seals

Above is an option available for Socom.  Online play is just as good if not better than the single player.  The only downside to online play is you need the network adaptor which runs for about $30.  The other problem is that you must have cable internet.
This is a night vision view of one of the levels in Socom.  This building must be entered and the hostages must be saved.   Overall this  is a game of genius.  It never gets boring.  After beating the single player there are other options.  You may play through again unlocking various items and extras.  The second option is to go online and test your skill against many of the elite players of Socom.  You may join a game or make your own team.  There are also many rivalries online such as East coast West coast. There are some flaws to this game however.  The game is fairly tactical and your partner Boomer doesn't respond to directions. The headset is good for giving commands but response levels are limited.    Also if you order your team to frag a room they will stand in the doorway and be blown back once the grenade goes off.  This game is good for $20 and even better with the headset which costs about $30 with the game.  I give it a 9 out of 10.

This is the first level.  You are on a ship and must scuttle it.  It is full of  Iron Brothel so have your teammates watch your back or else you'll be taking a rifle butt to the back of your head.

This is the level codenamed Ghost Town.  As you can see it is snowy.  This makes it a fun and also hard to beat.  I recommend using the sniper rifle with the silencer but it plays havoc on your sights.  Also the enemy is dressed in blue which makes them blend into the background of the trees.
