Agility is a sport for dogs where they
run though an obstacle course. This course consists of things such as jumps,
weaves, tunnels, tires, an A-
FRAME, and a table. These are set up in any
arrangement for the dog to run through. |
 |
| In agility a dog is lead around off
lead by its trainer. This will sometimes take a long time for the dog to
learn. When the dogs is first starting the owner will lead them around the
course on a leash. While they go through each obstacle the owner will give
it a name. This way the dog will identify the word with the obstacle.
After that the dog will start to understand and soon be able to go around off
lead. |
