| Season Recap of Ryan Newman Ryan recvered from a wreck -filled start of the season to dominate , scoring more points than any other driver in the second half of the year. Many consider Ryan Newman won eight race ,more than any other driver. He won several on fuel economy, causing fellow competitons to wonder if the team was cheating . Ryan Newman and chief Matt Borland said they weren't. Ryan Newman doesn't like restrictor plate race, and it's easy to see why. Although he finisher fourth at Talldga in october , he was involed in cashes at Daytona and Talldga this year. | |
