Aerial Skiing is the sport of doing freestyle jumps. Aerial skiers work at a performance which you have to be able to relax and also be daring when doing high accuracy jumps. Aerial Skiing is a fun but dangerous sport. Aerial skiing requires good balance and a lot of skill. Most professional aerial skiers today had personal trainers to keep them in shape.
Most Aerial skiers take either ballet or gymnastics to stay flexible and perform well. When Aerial skiers get ready to jump they have to fully stretch to be able to hit the jump easily.

Some famous Aerial skiers are Michelle Duos and Matthew Kirk, these two Olympic champion Aerial skiers have been doing aerial skiing since they were thirteen.

Aerial skiers start on smaller jumps(5 ft) and then gradually move up to bigger heights, until they go to the Olympic Aerial height of 50 ft!

Aerial skiing is for both boys and girls alike, who like to accomplish intense heights of jumping and big air.
