Herbie the Love Bug

"Without a real car, I'm only half a man."

Herbie the Love Bug was an adventurous 1969 Volkswagen Beetle, first had a TV show and then in the 1960s a series of Herbie the Love Bug Movies were released and they are now timeless classics.

The Love Bug stars James Dean and Michele Lee.  In it Herbie helps a race car driver in a rut.

Herbie Rides Again was released in 1974, and starred Ken Berry and Stefanie Powers. In it, Herbie wants to go to Rio de Janeiro but gets sidetracked.

Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo was released in 1977,  It stars Dean Jones and Don Knotts. Herbie races in Monte Carlo but is accused of stealing.

Herbie Goes Bananas was released in 1980.  It stars Helen Hayes as an old lady about to lose her house, but Herbie helps her rescue it from an evil villain.

 The Love Bug was released in 1997 and was a remake of the 1974 film.  It stars Hank Cooper as Herbie's owner.
