Every one is very nervous before they compete.  Swimmers wear bathing caps to improve their time.  They may also wear Speedo's to improve their time. When a swimmer loses a race they are very    

   stresses and mad because they have been practicing to get first place for months. To be in the Olympics you must practice every day.  You start swimming very early in the morning around 5or 6 am and don't finish swimming until about 4 or 5 in the afternoon.
