Born March 22, 1976 as Laura Jean Reese Witherspoon in Nashville, TN.  Now Reese Witherspoon is one of the 21st century's greatest actresses.  Reese began acting at age 7 and debuted in the film The Man In the Moon.  

At 14, she made immediate impacts on critics and audiences.  Later on, after a few more films, she took a break to study English Literature at Stanford University.

 In 1998 her career began to soar and she became more recognized (and more famous).  In 1999 she married Ryan Phillippe and they are still together today.

Some of her most recent films include Legally Blonde, Legally Blonde 2, and a 2000 film called American Psycho.
