The butterfly stroke was born as a breastroke type stroke when it was made in the 1950. It was then added in the sport in 1956 and soon later the stroke was readjusted. The butterfly stroke takes a lot of energy and good technique. First, your arms must be brought up and above the surface of the water and then brought back together in front of the body stimutaneously. After each arm stroke you must then do two dolphin kicks.
The backstroke stroke made its debut in 1908. Backstroke is an easy stroke to do it is like the freestyle stroke, but your on your back. You must first raise one arm straight up and then turn it sideways and bring it all the way to the back. You must do one arm at a time and when you do the arm stroke part you move your arms clockwise. You must also kick continuously.
To start with breastroke you must have your arms out and then bring them into your chest, but before you must make your arms go out and then into your chest. At the same time you must bring your legs out and spread them apart and then you must bend them and then push them out. After that, you must bring your legs together again.
To start with freestyle your left or right arm enters the water and then your next arm. You must then bring your arm out of the water and do the whole sequence again. At the same time you must kick your legs up and down continuously.
