| When a horse
gets extremely afraid, he'll stand on his hind legs. This is either called
bucking or rearing. It is referred to as bucking if they have a rider on
their back. If the horse bucks while you're on, you'll more than likely
fall out of the saddle. Rearing is when the horse DOESN'T have a rider. |

Usually
horses are very gentle, calm creatures. They can be very trusting and
helpful, along with loving. |
| When a horse
is tense or agitated, it will pin it's ears back (not shown in the
picture). This is just like saying CAUTION: WILL BITE IF NECESSARY. |
