Carly trains 30hrs a week at the Olympic Gymnasts Academy.  She started gymnastics in 1994.  Her favorite event now is the balance beam.  Carly is the only person in the world that is able to complete a round off, back handspring, Arabian double front dismount on the beam.  

      The person she would most like to meet is Yelena Produnova.  The best advice she has for anyone is believe in yourself, no matter what sport or activity they are doing.

      A precompition ritual is to relax and watch television, she also likes to listen to Rachel Camberdo and other Christian music artists.

      When she grows up, she would like to study dental hygiene.
