Best NFL Defenses
| 1. Tennessee | Tennessee is ranked # 1 against the rush, and they are ranked # 3 against the pass. They have one of the best corners in all of football in Samari Rolle, and that's why they are ranked #1 in my poll. |
| 2. Tampa Bay | Tampa bays Defense won them the super Bowl last year, being the best in all of football. This year the are the same except they lost super bowl MVP Dexter Jackson, but I believe they will still be very good. |

| 3. Kansas City | Kansas City has a great offense but their defense is just as good. They have a great pass defense with Dexter Mclean at corner, and Greg Wesley at safety they won't have many points scored on them this year. |

| 4.Denver | Chris wilson and Al young Denver has a great defense, and they have a great team overall. From Chris Wilson at middle linebacker to Al Young at the free safety position, the opposing teams will not have many yards this season. |
| 5. Carolina | Carolina has a great defense this year. Their defense is improved so much from last year it is amazing. They have the best end in Julius Peppers. They held Tampa Bay to only nine points, and Indianapolis to only twenty points. |
