The rules of the game are basic. The game is about 60 minutes long. When it is halftime the teams switch ends. The referee will blow his or her whistle to announce a foul or the end of the game.

The players can get penalized when they are off sides, or when you are in front of the ball. Also if they push, kick, or shove an opponent. The other then receives a free direct kick. the opponent then should be at least 10 yards away before the kick is taken. Players must not argue with the referee, if they do argue with the referee they might receive a yellow card.

The game will start when a coin toss is decided. The first kick must be kicked forward. then it may be kicked back to mid field. The ball is out of bounds when the ball has gone across the sidelines or goal lines. When the ball bounces of a post or corner flag the ball is still in bound.

Being off sides is when he or she is closer to the goal line than the ball. The opponent will then receive throw ins, corner kicks, or goal kicks. Fouls are called when you push, shove, trip, or kick an opponent. Also charging and jumping an opponent. Fouls are also when you hold an opponent.
