Crate Training- 1.  Before starting your puppies training place soft bedding, a food treat/bone and a toy and leave the door open.

2.  Using a snack and verbal command enter the puppy into it's new home.  Leave the door open so it can leave whenever.

3.  Once the puppy is accustomed to the crate it will continue to use it on its own.

4.  While the puppy plays in the crate close the door for a few minutes in a busy area.

5.  The relaxed puppy falls asleep in the security of the crate.  Fully crate-trained puppies shouldn't be left

Fully crate-trained puppies shouldn't be left in the crate for more than 2 hours.  Excercise the dog before putting it in the crate.

Potty Training-  Some dogs can be trained fast but others slow.  Never punish your dog if it makes a mess inside.

Instead anticipate when the dog needs to go out.  After your dog wakes up, eats, or plays, take it to the place that you've chosen for it to do its duty.

Clean up after it.  Avoid accidents inside by restricting it to its crate until you take it out.  Once your dog has done its duty use words like "Hurry Up" to praise it.

Soon when you say that, the dog will do its duty on command.

Paper Training-  This training might confuse the dog because you already told him that it needs to do your business outside.

Train the dog to do its duty in an outdoor area but when you have to use paper, follow the same crate training but with newspaper.
