*There
is no off-season when you strive to be the best at anything. Games are
Often won in the 'off-season'."
*The Garret Game is a way for me to celebrate my brother's memory and raise awareness for the importance of bone marrow donors and the challenges that transplant patients and their families face each day.
*Training camp is the beginning of a new season, working hard to get ready as an individual, but spending just as much effort developing into a team *The WUSA
continues to provide an opportunity for young women to play soccer
professionally. For many of us, it is the realization of a lifelong dream. *The Mia Hamm Foundation is able to lend support to organizations that provide more apportunities for young girls in sports. Participating in sports helped me build self-confidence and self-esteem, witch are critical elements in maturing as a person.
*The college Cup has become a wonderful showcase for collegiate players. I have so many precious memories of my college experience.

*There
is nothing wrong with wanting to win and striving to be the best, but it
is most important to have fun. *My teammates and I cherish the opportunity to represent our country on the soccer field and welcome the opportunity to sing the National Anthem each time we compete. *Every time I put on the U.S. Women's National Team jersey, I am thrilled and honored to wear it.
*The World Cup is the ultimate competition in the sport of soccer. We know it will be difficult, but we welcome the challenge to defend our (1999) World Cup Championship. *I look forward to the holiday season each year. It is a time for me to spend quality time with my favorite team-my family.
