Derrick Brooks is one of the best linebackers on Tampa Bay Buccaneers, EVER!! Let alone the NFL. He's played 130 games and has over 1,000 tackles!! He doesn't sack much, but when he does it counts (7 yards lost on average). He's had over 400 yards on interceptions, yet he's only had 17. He's played 8 years in his career, too. That's about 130 tackles per year, with 2 INT's and only 1 sack, that's very impressive.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneer's defense wasn't that special until Jon Gruden came along. He worked them so much that the 2003 Buccaneers defense was compared to the best defenses ever. The Buccaneers got 28 out of 48 points on defense in last years Super Bowl, and they held Rich Gannon (best quarterback at the time) under a 50 quarterback rating by have 5 INT's. On defense alone they had a higher score than Oakland total.

Keyshawn Johnson is a player that used to be a bit selfish on the field and off it. Times have changed a bit now, he's more a team player than anything. He's a a little bit above an average wide receiver, with 45 Td's in his career. He has been a good buy for the Buccaneers. Ricky Bell was a sensational running-back. He was a great provider for the Bucs. He helped them win against the Eagles to go to the NFC Championship against the Rams. They lost, and haven't been a respected team after that until about 1997. Then they regained the respect they deserve.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been one of the hottest teams lately. Although they have a 169-266-1 record they have been consistent in the past couple of years. They won the Super Bowl last year and have gone to the playoffs 3 years before that. They made it to the NFC Championship game in one of those 3 years. They lost it though, but you can only learn when you lose. And they did, 2003 World Champs, THE TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS!!!
