Shane West

Shannon Bruce Snaith, he his birth name, but we all know him as Shane West. Shane was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on June 10, 1978. He has two sisters, Simone is 19 and his half sister Marli Ann is less than a year old. Shane began to pursue an acting career at the age of fifteen, appearing on various television shows, but 1999, he got his major breakthrough, when he landed a starring role in ABC’s "Once and Again." After that he has appeared in many movies, like The Westing Game, Whatever It Takes, Get Over It, and A Walk to Remember. Shane has also made many notable TV guest appearances, and has been in many magazines. If not acting was enough, Shane also writes songs for his band Jonny Was, that used to be called Average Jo. Average Jo was featured on A Walk to Remember soundtrack, that was one of their biggest exposures to date. Shane West is truly a talented guy!
