Jack Lambert struck fear into linemen with a single glance. At 6-4 220 pounds he was quite a big person. Not only was he big, he was fast with a 4.7 in the 40. His nickname "Splat" was his trade mark for the 11 years he played. He was rookie of the year and 2 time defensive player of the year. He lead the Steelers to 4 Super Bowls, and he only missed 6 games in all his time playing

Lynn Swann dazzled audiences with his high and acrobatic jumps for the ball. He was small for a receiver at 5-10 and 180 pounds but he made up for it with speed. He just entered the hall of fame in 2001 and he appeared in the pro bowl 3 times. The major high light of his career was when he made the winning grab in Super Bowl X. He had 336 receptions in his career with 51 touch downs.
This is a star of the Steelers today. His name is Antwann Randle El. Mr. El plays mostly wide receiver, but he played quarter back in college so he can substitute for a QB. He has lead the Steelers to victory in not only in receiving, but in throwing and in special teams. For instance, his best special teams return was 99 yards for a touch down.
