Brian was born on February 20, 1975 in Lexington, Kentucky. He has brown hair and blue eyes and is the most religous of the group. He hardly ever misses church on Sundays. 

Brian is really good at basketball so the guys in the band call him B-Rok. He might have even tried to go pro if the Backstreet Boys never happened. 

When Brian was 5 he was diagnosed with a heart murmur. He was doing fine with it until he started touring heavily. In 1998, he had open heart surgery. But less than 2 months after the surgery he was back touring with the guys.   

Brian got involved in singing when he sang his first solo in church when he was 6. He "brought down the house". 

Brian and Kevin are cousins and sang together before the group was formed. They like the way their voices harmonized.
