Lacrosse is growing fast in interest and is the fastest sport on two feet. Lacrosse uses a rubber ball that can't be touched by hand only by a stick like the one pictured to the left. There are ten players on a field at a time. There are three attack, three midfield, three defense, and a goalie. The picture below is a player on the field to show you what players on a lacrosse field look like.

| The player to the right is a player from team from the college of Virginia. On the field you must wear a helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, and rib pads are optional. Your uniform includes a jersey and shorts. |
