Josh then starred in an independent film, The Virgin Suicides. He decided to step away from the horror genre and co-starred in Here On Earth. This movie also co-starred Hollywood stars Chris Klein and LeeLee Sobieski. In 2001, he did some other movies such as Town & Country, Pearl Harbor, and Black Hawk Down. Last year, Josh starred in two movies, 40 Days and 40 Nights and Halloween: Resurrection.

The movie Hollywood Homicide is due out soon. He recently finished the movie Wicker Park. It is due out later this year.
