situation. So always have a buddy when going up the slopes. |

leads (goofy). If you are goofy or regular you might not know and it could
affect your riding. |

If you catch the heel edge and fall backwards relax, crouch, and
roll |

Falling forward forward is also important to know, how to safely. When
falling it is important to tuck your arms in until you reach the
ground. Then walk your hands back to get up. |
